When you order quality outdoor apparel from QCactive.com, we put a great deal of care into processing your information. If we encounter any challenges with your order or with shipping, we contact you right away via e-mail or phone. Internal processing could take two days; however, in most cases the order will be processed on the same day you order.
Shipping Options
QCactive.com ships all packages using UPS. Please be aware that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so you must provide a valid shipping address to receive your order. Your method of shipping will determine when you receive the package(s), so we recommend you choose the method which is most appropriate for your needs.
Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be handled on a per order basis. Please contact us to request a shipment to Hawaii or Alaska via email with your preferred shipping instructions.
Shipping Costs
QCactive.com is offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING on any order over $50.00, giving you a huge price break for larger orders. Our shipping charges in general are real cost from UPS, giving you the best deal possible on all of your orders. If you need any special packaging options, you can choose from the different options available at checkout.
Shipping Time
Due to Active Endeavors’ location (the Midwest) most products shipped via UPS ground will arrive to you in 2-4 business days. Active Endeavors stocks as much product as possible, however from time to time manufacturers will ship directly to you from their warehouses. In the event that you order from two different manufacturers, please be aware that you could have two different arrival times (at no extra cost to you).
Backordered/Discontinued Products
There are occasions when a product is backordered or been discontinued. We take great effort to let you know quickly what the status of your order is. If any problems arise with your order, we will notify you quickly via email or phone. Every effort will be made to make sure you have 100% satisfaction with QCactive.com.
Return and Exchange Policy
At QCactive.com we strive to keep you, the customer, happy. We dedicate ourselves to responding to customer requests and concerns in a timely manner. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for a full refund of the price of the merchandise. We stand by our products, and offer a 30 day period to return UNWORN or defective merchandise for a full refund.
